Sandrine Mimche is a policy advocate and organizer focused on building lasting civic power for young people across Utah. She brings a grounded, systems-level approach to youth civic engagement that connects policy, education, and organizing.

Sandrine began her political work early, serving as a youth state party board member in high school, and has since worked across campaigns, nonprofits, and government. She has held leadership roles on municipal campaigns, supported constituent services in the Office of the Governor of Utah, and led communications and outreach efforts.

Her work is focused in a practical understanding of political dynamics and a commitment to building political power through effective governance and strategic advocacy. Sandrine holds a bachelors in political science and economics at the University of Utah and is also getting her masters in public policy at the University of Utah. She enjoys shopping, watching trashy tv, and trying out different restaurants.
