An orange and blue sticker with the words 'Ignite Utah' in bold lettering.

Do you feel truly represented by the people determining your quality of life as a young person in Utah? — Honestly.

Ignite! Utah gives the state’s most underestimated voting bloc the structure to actually use its power and organize around issues that matter to us.

We turn civic frustration into real political engagement across party lines.

who is Gen Z when we’re at our best?

A peeling poster on a gray wall with the partially visible text, 'GOOD NEWS COMING.'

We’re the generation that believes in:

showing up for what matters,
holding power accountable,
and seeing to it that the decision makers actually represent the people in the classroom, neighborhoods and workforce.

When we organize our vote, run for office,
or stay informed and push others to do the same,
we're refusing to play by someone else's rules.

what we do

CIVIC EDUCATION AND DATA ANALYSIS

Everyone deserves to know how to participate in democracy, we bring that education into feeds, communities and everyday engagement.

𖤓 COMMUNITY EVENTS

We create experiences that bring people together around what we have in common and our shared issues, in order to make civic life feel worth showing up for.

GEN Z ENGAGEMENT AND OUTREACH

We meet people where they’re at, foster relationships, and to give Gen-Z the tools, community and confidence to step into leadership today.

𐦂 POLICY ADVOCACY

We spotlight the issues that matter most to Gen Z, and push leaders to get behind our unique struggles, because that is where actual change begins.

Voices of the Next Majority

We're over the "debate me, bro" culture of politics. Ignite! Utah is hosting the first-ever congressional candidate panel for Utah's new Congressional District 1 to address Gen Z issues. The questions come from survey data that we collected directly from young Utahns about what matters to us. Policy over performance always.
